The Founders of Pinellas Hosting started off in other computer businesses from small computer shops to other hosting businesses. Our staff is recruited from all areas of the Information Technology Field. We have 5 Years experience in the Hosting Industry. We are very aware of what the average web hosting client needs to have great uptime. We do not overload our servers allowing our customers to actually use the resources they pay for. We monitor all our servers 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Our support is handled by Ticket, Email, or Online Chat with response times from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. We promise our customer a service they will not have to worry about. Each client is provided a control panel for the service they have purchased. Control Panels include logs, stats and tools. From the basics, such as 24/7/365 security and onsite network monitoring; to the advanced, such as strategically placed biometric palm and thumb scanners, extensive use of physical man traps, dual authentication access doors, and a state-of-the-art Altronix powered security system, we have taken every possible measure to address the concerns of even our most security conscious customers. Our latest addition to our security system is the expansion of our CCTV system to 116 cameras with archived storage of up to two years for select cameras.

We ensure outstanding environmental conditions with 590 TONs of Computer Room Air Conditioning and 180 TONs of house air conditioning in the data center alone.

Our 2,500 square foot 24/7 manned network control and operations center ensures all of our systems are continuously available and our support is always outstanding.
